Challenge
The main challenge was to create a cohesive user experience across multiple devices—mobile, iPad, ATM, and smartwatch—each with unique user interactions and limitations. Additionally, we needed to design interfaces that met the high expectations of Bank Boubyan’s customers and aligned with the bank’s brand values, while working closely with McKinsey & Co. to ensure strategic alignment.
